1. What Requests May Cover

Requests may relate to website inquiries, business contact information or authorized application data processed in connection with our services.

2. How to Submit a Request

Email office@aliyeffrs.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”

3. Information to Include

• Your name and business name.
• The email associated with the service or inquiry.
• The application, website inquiry or service involved.
• A clear description of the information you want deleted.

4. Verification

We may request reasonable information to verify identity, authority and the scope of a request before processing it.

5. Processing

Verified requests are reviewed and handled within a reasonable period based on the nature of the information, technical requirements and applicable legal, contractual or platform obligations.

6. SP-API and Other Authorized Application Data

Where applicable, authorized SP-API or other application data will be deleted, anonymized or rendered inaccessible when no longer required, subject to applicable Amazon requirements, contractual requirements and legal obligations.

7. Information We May Retain

Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud, maintain security, preserve required business records or document completion of the request.
