4. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee sales, rankings, account approval, profitability, advertising results, reinstatement, Buy Box eligibility or any other business or platform outcome.

5. Amazon and Third-Party Platforms

Amazon is an independent third party. Amazon retains sole control over account approvals, suspensions, listings, Buy Box eligibility, category restrictions, fees, FBA decisions, policy enforcement and other platform actions.

Aliyeff Retail Solutions cannot guarantee that Amazon will accept any application, document, appeal, listing or requested account action.

6. No Legal, Tax or Regulated Professional Advice

Unless expressly stated in a separate engagement delivered by an appropriately licensed professional, information and coordination relating to company formation, tax, accounting, customs or legal matters does not constitute legal, tax, accounting or other regulated professional advice.

7. Independent Service Providers

We may coordinate with independent service providers such as accountants, attorneys, freight providers, prep centers or other specialists. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, those providers are independent third parties and remain responsible for their own services.

8. Intellectual Property

The website, software, documentation, designs and original content are owned by or licensed to Aliyeff Retail Solutions LLC unless otherwise stated.
